Reading information can be difficult because I never know the caliber of the professionals writing. Sometimes they’re little more than internet junkies who have read other internet-junkies posts. I’m proud to say that here at Well Fit Life, we are continuously gathering a team of the best minds in their respective fields as contributors to this site. The information you read is of the highest quality because the people who write it are experienced, passionate and knowledgeable. They are people who refuse to simply regurgitate textbook information and instead, spend hours researching so you don’t have to.
Our newest contributor is Dr. Beth Bradford, a recognized expert and Doctor of Physio- Therapy who has an unsurpassed ability to diagnose and fix pain and injuries in the body.
My name is Beth Bradford and I’m a graduate of Grand Valley State University’s Doctoral Physical Therapy program. I am passionate about understanding my patients’ goals and I love helping them participate in activities they enjoy. Whether their goals include playing with grandchildren or running marathons, I have found that physical health substantially impacts both mental and spiritual health.
I currently work as a licensed physical therapist at SIMIO Physical Therapy in Holland, MI, which is an outpatient clinic that specializes in manual therapy with specific exercise prescription for treatment of orthopedic conditions. I also work on-call with patients who have suffered from traumatic brain injury and need comprehensive and coordinated health care at Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI. Outside of work, I enjoy running, traveling to new places, and spending time with friends and family.
Please join me in welcoming her to the Well Fit Life family. You can check out an article she has already written on daily essentials for keeping your upper body healthy.
