This little recipe is silly easy and ridiculously tasty. The baked avocado gets warm and smooth and the breakfast treat is loaded with protein, good fats, vitamins and minerals.

1/2 avocado without pit
1 egg
1 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp Feta
Salt
Pepper

Pre-heat oven to 425. Crack egg into avocado where pit used to be. Bake 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, feta and salsa.
