Dash of cinnamon
Dash of balsamic vinegar
Dash of Sriracha
Cooked in 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Don’t let the fatcontent of this dish scare you. The large majority is from healthy sources and the dish itself is packed with vitamins and minerals. The textures from the spinach, walnuts and cheddar will create a surprisingly savory combination. I suggest eating a couple bites of the dish and a nibble of the sharp cheddar. Almonds and cheese should be raw and the sausage, organic. I got mine from trader Joe’s. This is a great ANYTIME meal.
