Unlike other fitness facilities, we never use a shotgun approach. Instead, we use a very specific set of assessments to target your exact weakness and re-test so you can see the results of your effort.

We offer stretch/massage therapy, strength training, movement training, postural therapy and movement therapy. While some of our services require you to come to our facility, others can be done over teleconferencing or email.
